Codes are an optional sign-in shortcut supplied by compatible providers, not by Sivro Support.
Check that Sivro has permission to add a VPN configuration, then reconnect on a stable network.
Confirm that the full URL is correct, uses HTTPS where available, remains active, and returns a format supported by Sivro. Contact the source operator if the URL requires renewal or authorization.
No. You can use Sivro by importing a compatible configuration URL. A provider code is only an optional way to locate a compatible provider’s sign-in screen.
Confirm the exact spelling with your provider and check for spaces before or after the code. If it is still not recognized, the provider may not have activated its Sivro integration.
Verify the account directly with your provider. Sivro Technologies LLC cannot reset passwords or change accounts maintained by an independent provider.
Apple requires your approval before an app can install and operate a network configuration. Sivro cannot establish the connection unless you allow this system permission.
Try another provider route if available, briefly disconnect and reconnect, and test a different network. If only one destination fails, contact your provider with the time and destination—do not send your password.
Disconnect in Sivro, then open your device’s VPN settings to remove the Sivro configuration. Uninstalling the app may not remove a configuration on every operating-system version.
Include your device model, OS and Sivro versions, the time of the issue, and the error message. Never send your password, full provider configuration, or private access credentials.
