1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Sivro Technologies LLC (“Sivro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Sivro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sivro.
2. What Sivro provides
Sivro is free client software that lets users import a compatible configuration URL and manage a network connection on an Apple device. As an optional convenience, Sivro may also identify a compatible independent provider using a code, locate its sign-in service, authenticate your provider account, and receive configuration from that provider.
Your provider account, network service, pricing, availability, and service performance are supplied and controlled by your independent provider, not by Sivro Technologies LLC.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and meet the minimum age required in your location. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your configuration URLs, identification codes, provider credentials, devices, and sessions, and for activity conducted through them.
Provider codes are optional and only identify compatible integrations. They do not unlock Sivro functionality and are not transferable licenses, payment instruments, or Sivro accounts. Your provider may impose additional account rules.
4. License
Subject to these Terms and applicable App Store terms, Sivro grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, solely for lawful personal or internal business use.
Sivro and its licensors retain all rights in the app, website, design, trademarks, and technology not expressly granted to you.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use Sivro or a connected service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
- Distribute malware, conduct attacks, scan systems without authorization, or interfere with networks or users.
- Attempt to bypass provider authentication, device limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
- Copy, sell, publish, scrape, or misuse configuration URLs, provider configurations, credentials, identification codes, or service endpoints.
- Reverse engineer or modify Sivro except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Misrepresent your identity or use another person’s provider account without authorization.
6. Configuration sources and independent providers
You are responsible for having permission to use every configuration URL you import. Sivro does not control or guarantee third-party configuration hosts, their contents, security, or availability.
Compatible providers are independent third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, licenses, regional restrictions, and payment arrangements. Sivro does not endorse, control, or guarantee any provider. Questions about accounts, plans, refunds, content, nodes, quotas, or provider availability must be directed to that provider.
7. Updates and availability
We may update Sivro to add or remove features, address security or compatibility issues, or meet legal and platform requirements. Some functionality may require a current app or operating-system version. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of Sivro, but will provide notice when reasonably practical.
8. App Store terms
If you obtain Sivro through Apple’s App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable usage rules. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Sivro. To the extent required by applicable App Store terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the relevant provisions against you.
9. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIVRO IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SIVRO OR ANY PROVIDER SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE IN EVERY LOCATION.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIVRO TECHNOLOGIES LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR SERVICE ACCESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO SIVRO OR A THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from Sivro will not exceed the greater of US$50 or the amount you paid directly to Sivro Technologies LLC for the app during the twelve months before the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Sivro at any time. We may restrict or terminate access to Sivro-operated functionality if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created a security risk, or exposed us or others to legal liability. Provider account termination is controlled by the applicable provider.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence applies. Courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction over disputes that are not required to be heard elsewhere by applicable law.
13. General terms
These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about Sivro. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale.
