Is Sivro a network service provider?+
No. Sivro is a free client. It can use a configuration URL you provide or connect to a compatible independent provider. Sivro Technologies LLC does not sell network access.
Can I import a configuration URL?+
Yes. You can import a compatible configuration URL that you own or are authorized to use. The source must use a format supported by Sivro.
Is a provider code required?+
No. Provider codes are an optional shortcut for compatible provider sign-in. They are not license keys and do not unlock Sivro features.
Where do I get an identification code?+
Your compatible provider supplies its own Sivro identification code. Sivro Technologies LLC does not sell provider accounts.
Will Sivro be available on iOS and macOS?+
Yes. Sivro is being designed as a universal Apple-platform client for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
